The hotel's rooms were small and not really practical, even when selecting a room very close to the lift for access. It's worth noting that they are in a separate building from the main one, meaning that guests have to go out and cross a park to have breakfast in NH2 Milano.

The staff was very helpful, especially with a difficult situation when my credit card would not work and the stay was covered by my company. However, the service seemed a bit slow as there was only one person managing multiple check-ins and outs.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, surrounded by beautiful trees and water landscape. It's a great place for a relaxing atmosphere, but it's far from the city center and Malpensa Airport.
